Adina Kaplan, CMT, NC, NCBTMB
Adina Kaplan is an experienced bodyworker with 25 years of practice and has been nationally certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) since 2001. She carries the lineage of abdominal massage taught by Don Elijio Panti of Belize to Dr. Rosita Arvigo, who developed the widely recognized Arvigo Techniques of Mayan Abdominal Massage. After her initial Arvigo training that focused on the abdomen, Adina studied directly with Dr. Arvigo in Guatemala to deepen her skills, focusing on techniques for the low back and sacrum. She also pursued specialized Arvigo training to provide relief and relaxation for pregnant clients from 20 weeks through birth.
Adina brings a grounding and compassionate presence to every session, holding space for clients wherever they are on their healing journey. She is passionate about supporting women’s connection to their bodies and the profound impact this connection has on overall health and well-being.
Her practice supports clients with a variety of concerns, including:
- Fertility and reproductive health
- Hormone-related conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, polyps, and PCOS
- Digestive issues
- Pelvic floor challenges
- Individuals seeking to reconnect with their abdomen, womb, and sensuality
Adina continues to deepen her studies around women and rooted empowerment. She continually explores the interconnectedness of all things that make up the intricate web of life here on this planet. She loves spending time in the mountains, laughing with friends, spending time at the ceramics studio, being continually surprised by the ways life endlessly unveils its seemingly impossible paradoxes, and eating ice cream.
