Jessica Luu, L.Ac
Jessica Luu, L.Ac is a California Board Certified Licensed Acupuncturist. She received her Master’s in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Five Branches University in San Jose. There she completed more than 3,200 hours in Eastern medical and Western medical training. Jessica loved learning about Chinese herbs and was chosen to manage the herb room for the University clinic. Additionally, Jessica also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Hawaii.
Jessica Luu is an avid learner. She is committed to continuous learning to enrich her knowledge and skills. In addition to her training at Five Branches University, Jessica apprenticed with specialists in internal medicine, pain management, and infertility. She spent a summer semester at Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China. There she observed renowned Chinese doctors treating patients at integrated hospitals in the area. Jessica also pursued advanced training in pain management, infertility and nutrition from masters such as David Euler, Richard Tan, and Jane Lytton. Jessica also works onsite at CCRM IVF in Menlo Park performing acupuncture at the time embryo transfer to help improve pregnancy rates for IVF patients.
Jessica Luu comes from a family with a long tradition of healing, from China to Vietnam to the U.S.A. Although her siblings became medical doctors, Jessica happily found her destiny with traditional Chinese Medicine and nutrition. She enjoys taking time listening to her patients and assessing the roots of their ailments. Jessica then proactively puts together treatment plans which may include acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and dietary recommendations. The ultimate goal is to help patients optimize their health and reclaim their lives.
