Dr. Beth Morrison, L.Ac., DACM
Dr. Beth Morrison is a nationally board-certified
acupuncturist (NCCAOM), a California licensed acupuncturist., and a fellow of the
American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine (ABORM). She graduated with a
Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from ACTCM in San Francisco and
holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at San Diego. She
interned at numerous SF community acupuncture clinics as well as at Sutter CPMC
in the acute care hospital where she treated a wide variety of patients
recovering from stroke, surgery and autoimmune disease. Beth also works
onsite at CCRM IVF in Menlo Park performing acupuncture on the embryo transfer
day to help improve pregnancy rates for IVF patients.
Prior to studying acupuncture, Beth was a clinical massage therapist for twenty
years working with chiropractors, health clubs, active adult communities and
acupuncture clinics. Beth has a deep breadth of experience in making people
feel better – from colicky toddlers and overactive 8 year olds to weekend
warriors and coding marathoners to professional dancers and Olympic athletes
and everyone in between. She is excited by the wide scope of health concerns
that acupuncture, massage and herbal formulas can treat.
Beth is a California native and enjoys the temperate weather by walking the San
Francisco Bay area trails and the Monterey Bay beaches with her spouse and two
rescue mutts. She has two daughters (after being told she would have trouble
conceiving from a failed ovarian stimulation) that are now teenagers and have
literally outgrown their mother.
