Celluma
Celluma is a light therapy and cold laser device that is used to treat egg quality, wrinkles, pain, wounds and injuries, and acne. Light therapy emits photons that are absorbed by the mitochondria in our cells. This increases ATP production (energy production) at the cellular level, resulting in favorable biochemical and cellular changes in the area treated.
Additionally, Celluma activates a variety of different cells in the body to optimize that cell’s function. This includes improving the following:
- Fibroblast cells, which stimulate collagen and elastin fibers in the skin and other connective tissues in the body.
- Keratinocyte cells, which provide structural strength to skin, hair, and nails and to improve skin clarity, tone, and texture.
- Mast cells and neutrophil cells, which are essential for a normal inflammatory and immune response.
Celluma treatment is recommended for 30 minutes, three times per week. The overall length of the treatment varies depending on the condition.
